Delete your Donkey's Edge account

Choose either option below to permanently delete your account and the associated online profile data.

Option 1 · Fastest

Delete in the app

Delete your account directly while signed in. The request is processed immediately after confirmation.

  1. Open the Donkey's Edge app.
  2. Open My Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Open Donkey's Edge on Google Play

For security, you may be asked to verify your password or sign-in provider again.

Option 2 · No app access needed

Request deletion by email

If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, we can process the request for you.

  1. Email us from the address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject Account deletion request.
  3. Allow up to 7 business days for completion.

Never send your password. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.

What happens to your data

Account data and information stored only on your device are handled differently.

✓ Deleted with your account

  • Your Donkey's Edge authentication account and login access
  • Your email address and cloud user profile
  • Subscription status and account settings stored in that profile

i Not controlled by account deletion

  • Google Play or Apple purchase and transaction records
  • Records that must be retained to meet legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations
  • Information stored locally on your device until you remove it

Account deletion does not cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased them. Cancel separately to prevent future renewal charges.

Google Play Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Donkey's Edge → Cancel subscription
Apple App Store Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Donkey's Edge → Cancel Subscription
