How do I restore my subscription?
Sign in to Donkey's Edge and use the same Google Play or Apple store account that originally purchased the subscription. Open the Subscription screen and select Restore Purchases.
Restoring a purchase restores premium access. It does not automatically transfer locally stored bankroll records, notes, or simulations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Donkey's Edge → Cancel subscription.
iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Donkey's Edge → Cancel Subscription.
Uninstalling the App or deleting your Donkey's Edge account does not cancel an active store subscription.
What is included with Free versus Premium?
Free includes the single-board Texas Hold'em and standard four-card PLO calculators, open-shove push/fold charts, up to 10 saved simulations, and up to 10 player notes.
Premium unlocks advanced Omaha and Hi-Lo calculators, double-board mode, Range Analysis, the push/fold Practice trainer and review, the Bankroll Tracker, import/export tools, expanded saved-simulation capacity, and unlimited player notes. An active trial includes Premium access.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When the 30-day trial ends, premium features become unavailable unless you subscribe. The free plan continues to include the Texas Hold'em and four-card PLO calculators at standard precision, along with limited saved simulations and player notes.
How do I move my data to a new device?
Bankroll records, player notes, saved simulations, and most preferences are stored locally. On your old device, open Backup & Restore and export a full backup. Move that file securely to the new device, then import it from the same screen.
Keep backup files private—they can contain personal poker records, notes, and player images.
How do I import Poker Bankroll Tracker data?
In Poker Bankroll Tracker, export your sessions as a CSV file. In Donkey's Edge, open Import / Export, choose Poker Bankroll Tracker under Import From, and select that CSV file.
Review the preview before importing. Donkey's Edge imports supported session fields; app-specific fields that are not present in the CSV cannot be transferred. Import/export tools require Premium access.
How does staking tracking work?
Create a staking agreement for the applicable bankroll, choose whether you are the backer or player, and enter the profit split. Cash and tournament percentages can be configured separately.
You can also track makeup, optional makeup interest and caps, settlements, and eligible shot-taking arrangements. When logging a session, select the active agreement so Donkey's Edge calculates the staking allocation and updates the agreement.
What methodology do the push/fold charts use?
These are short-stack tournament open-shove reference charts: action must be folded to you, and you choose a position from UTG through the small blind and a displayed stack depth from 3 to 10 big blinds. The Practice trainer grades decisions against the same chart thresholds.
They do not provide calling ranges or strategy above 10 big blinds. Real-world ranges can change with antes, table size, payout pressure, and opponent calling behavior, so use the charts as a study reference rather than a universal prescription.
Which poker games are supported?
The equity toolkit supports Texas Hold'em, four-card PLO, PLO5, PLO6, PLO8, Big-O, and six-card Omaha Hi-Lo. Hold'em Range Analysis and short-stack Hold'em push/fold charts are also included.
Optional double-board mode is available for Hold'em and supported Omaha games. In double-board Omaha, each board can be configured independently as High, Hi-Lo, or Low.
How accurate are the equity simulations?
Donkey's Edge uses Monte Carlo simulation, so results are statistical estimates and may vary slightly between runs. At the widest part of the confidence interval—near 50% equity—the calculator's Low, Medium, and High settings target approximately ±0.10%, ±0.05%, and ±0.02% respectively at 99% confidence.
Range Analysis runs 100,000 trials for each matrix cell, which is approximately ±0.4% at 99% confidence near 50% equity. More trials improve precision, but no simulation predicts the outcome of a future hand.
How do I delete my account?
In Donkey's Edge, open My Account, tap Delete Account, and confirm. If you cannot access the App, follow the email request instructions on our Account Deletion page.
Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription or erase data stored locally on your device.
Where is my bankroll and player-note data stored?
Core poker data—including bankroll records, player notes, and saved simulations—is stored locally in the App on your device. Your cloud account stores authentication, profile, trial, and subscription information. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
What should I do if a calculator result looks wrong?
Confirm the game variant, board mode, known cards, player ranges, and precision setting. For Omaha and Hi-Lo, also check each board's High Only, Low Only, or Hi/Lo setting. If the result still appears wrong, send us the game type, cards, expected result, and a screenshot.
Is my information secure?
We use Firebase Authentication and security controls for cloud account information. Core poker records remain in local app storage. No electronic system is completely secure, so protect your device, password, and exported backups. We do not sell personal information or use it for ad targeting. See the Privacy Policy.
